I had a blast making this card. Gotta love that Basic Grey Obscure paper.
The butterfly is made by heating up Ranger Paint Dabber paint. It bubbles up when heated (and crackles which makes it just that much more fun).
The butterfly's trail is a series of circular mirrors, some of which are hit with a grungy rub on.
I dug out some Magic Mesh for this, too. (Remember this stuff?) There's also some velvet ribbon on here with a piece of black, sparkly fiber tied around it that looks to me like a raggedy little crow molted on my card.
There's some flourish stamps on the black base which are heat embossed with "black opal" powder.
